  1. Call to order and roll call.
  2. Review and approve minutes of June 22 and July 6, 2005 meeting
  3. Presentation by Liberty Property Trust regarding proposed development and possible TIF for the property at 9950 S. 27th Street.
  4. Update on 2006 budget
  5. Update on South 27 th Street project, including
    1. Joint participation in streetscape design for 27th Street
    2. Process for joint review/comment of developments along corridor
  6. Set agenda and date for next meeting, including discussion of economic development issues to be considered as an agenda item.
  7. Adjournment

It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice.
