    1. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a certified survey map submitted by Menard Inc. for the properties located at 6840, 6800, 6720 S. 27th Street and 6851 S. 20th Street. (Tax Key Nos. 737-9007, 9999-001, 9029 and 9032)
    2. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP  - Review a certified survey map submitted by the City of Oak Creek for City owned property at 2025 S. Southbranch Boulevard (Tax Key Nos. 903-9987-006, & 903-0022-001)
  5. NEW BUSINESS
    1. PLAN REVIEW – Review revisions to the Menards & Judy’s Restaurant parking lot and landscaping plans.
    2. LANDSCAPING PLAN REVIEW – Review a proposed landscaping plan submitted by We Energies for the Elm Road generating station units 1 & 2.
    3. CONDITIONS & RESTRICTIONS - Review conditions & restrictions for the Riteway Bus Service employee parking lot for the property located at 7470 S. 13th Street. (Tax Key NO. 764-9012)
