  1. Zone Text Amendment:  Consider a proposal by the City of Oak Creek to amend Sections 17.0313(e)(2) and 17.0313(c)(2) of the Municipal Code regarding the allowable square footage for office buildings in B-2 Community Business zoning districts (by Committee of the Whole).

  2. Ordinance:  Consider ordinance No. 2372, an ordinance amending Sections 17.0313 of the Municipal Code regarding the maximum square footage for offices in the B-2 Community Business zoning district.

    Mayor and Council

  3. Motion:  Consider a motion to concur with the Mayor’s reappointments as follows:
    1. Roberta Zapp to the Board of Health for a three-year term expiring 9/08;
    2. Gerald Wille to the Water & Sewer Utility Commission for a five-year term expiring 9/10.
  4. Ordinance:  Consider ordinance No. 2371, an ordinance to repeal and recreate Section 10.65(b)(1) and Section 10.65 (e) of the Municipal Code regarding junked motor vehicles.
  5. Resolution:  Consider resolution No. 10549-092005,  a resolution rescinding Resolutions No. 9202-061796, 9822-041800, and 10325-121603, and restating the Public Depositories for the City of Oak Creek.
  6. Motion: Consider a motion to approve the Vendor Summary Report in the amount of $339,041.39 (by Committee of the Whole).
  7. Council Proclamation:  Consider council proclamation No. 05-18, congratulations on the 50th Anniversary of the Charter of the Ladies Auxiliary of AMVETS Post #60 (by Committee of the Whole).

    8. License Committee

  8. Motion: Consider a motion to take action on the various license requests as listed on the attached report (by Committee of the Whole).

    9. Engineering

  9. Motion:  Consider a motion, upon consideration of the petition request to not install sidewalks in the Pioneer Estates Addition No. 3 Subdivision, to direct the developer to install the sidewalks per approved plans, specifications and RS-3 zoning requirements.
    10. Community Development
  10. Resolution:  Consider resolution No. 10547-092005, conditionally approving a certified survey map for the property at 6701 and 6721 S. 20th St.  (Kraeger) (2nd  District).
  11. Motion:  Consider a motion to authorize staff to seek an appraisal for the City-owned property at 8411 S. Liberty Lane in preparation for eventual sale.

    12. Miscellaneous

  12. Motion:  Consider a motion to convene into Executive Session immediately following the conclusion of the Common Council meeting, pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, to discuss the following:
    1. pursuant to Section 19.85 (1)(c) and (e) to discuss the probationary performance evaluation for the City Planner
    2. pursuant to Section 19.85 (1)(f) to consider the financial and personal histories and disciplinary data of specific personnel and the preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems.
  13. Motion:  Consider a motion to reconvene into Open Session.
  14. Motion:  Consider a motion to take action, if required.
  15. Ordinance:  Consider ordinance No. 2373, an ordinance establishing a rate of pay for the City Planner upon completion of the probationary period.
