- SOUTH 27th STREET ACCESS MANAGEMENT PLAN PRESENTATION – Representatives from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and Short, Elliott, Hendrickson consultants will give a presentation on the South 27th Street Access Management Plan.
- PLAN COMMISSION CONSULTATION – Review a concept plan submitted by Heartland Development for the properties located at 8100, 8240 and 8268 S. 27th Street. (Tax Key No. 810-9977-001, 9976,9975-001)
- PLAN COMMISSION CONSULTATION – Review a concept plan submitted by CDMC for New Carrollville Condominiums located at 3845 E. American Avenue (Tax Key No. 869-9948)
- CONDITIONS & RESTRICTIONS – Review conditions and restrictions for the Southfield Apartments expansion located at 6865, 6871 & 6883 S. 13th Street (Tax Key Nos. 736-9000-9004, 736-9000-9003, & 736-8998-001)

- ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT – Review an amendment to Section 17.0313 of the City’s zoning ordinance regarding the maximum square footage of office buildings in the B-2, Community Business District.
