  1. Call meeting to order.
  2. Roll call.
  3. Approve minutes of previous meeting.
  4. Convene into Executive Session at approximately 7:05 p.m., pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, Section 19.85(1)(c) to review firefighter applications.
  5. Reconvene into Open Session to take action, if required.
  6. Review personnel matrix regarding qualifications required for future promotions within the Fire and Police Departments.
  7. New correspondence, if any.
  8. Adjournment.
