- PRELIMINARY PLAT – Review a preliminary plat submitted by Country Creek Homes for Mallard Creek subdivision located at 10026 and 10140 S. Nicholson Road and 1834 E. Oakwood Road. (Tax Key Nos. 921-9993-002, 921-9989-004 and 921-9986-003)
- NEW BUSINESS
- ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT – Review a request to amend the zoning text for Motorcycle training facilities as a permitted use in the B-4, Highway Business zoning.
- SIGN REVIEW – Review a sign request for Gabaldon Properties for the multi-tenant retail building located at 8907 S. Howell Avenue. (Tax Key No. 859-9039)
- MINOR LAND DIVISION – Review a request for a minor land division submitted by Eileen Henkel for the properties located at 808 E. Fitzsimmons Road and 9830 S. Shepard Avenue (Tax Key No. 908-9006)
- PLAN REVIEW – Review a exterior façade improvements for Oak Creek Centre Shopping Centre located at 8519 S. Howell Avenue. (Tax Key No. 828-9009)
- ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT – Review proposed amendments to the City’s Floodplain Ordinance Sections 17.0301-17.1402.
