    1. PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building and landscaping plans submitted by Craig Whitehead for Oak Creek Commons located at 2345 W. Ryan Road. (Tax Key No. 903-9008)
    2. REZONE & CONDITIONAL USE – Review a request by Wimmer Brothers to rezone the property at 6865 S. 13th Street from Rs-4, Single Family Residential to Rm-1, Multi-Family Residential with a conditional use and to grant a conditional use for the properties at 6871 & 6883 S. 13th Street (Tax Key No. 736-9000-9004, 736-9000-9003, & 736-8998-001)
  5. NEW BUSINESS
    1. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP- Review a certified survey map submitted by George Abendschein for the property located at 9865 S. Shepard Avenue. (Tax Key No. 907-9973-001)
    2. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a certified survey map submitted by Rayman Bussler for the property located at 2101 E. Drexel Avenue. (Tax Key No. 816-9996)
    3. CONDITIONAL USE AMENDMENT – Review a proposed amendment to the conditional use for Black Diamond Group located at 6925 & 6965 South 6th Street. (Tax Key Nos. 735-9992, 735-9991)
    4. FINAL PLAT – Review a request by Scott Biller to review the final plat for Willow Creek subdivision located at 1701 and 1929 E. Oakwood Road. (Tax Key No. 958-9998-001 and 958-9025)
    5. PLAN COMMISSION CONSULTATION – Review a concept plan submitted by Cornerstone Development for the area of 27th & Puetz (south).
