  1. Zoning Text Amendment:  Consider a proposal by the City of Oak Creek to create Sections 17.0329, 17.0330, 17.0332 and 17.0333 of the Municipal Code establishing overlay zoning districts and design guidelines for the 27th Street corridor (by Committee of the Whole).

  3. Ordinance:  Consider ordinance No. 2346, creating Sections 17.0329, 17.0330, 17.0332 and 17.0333 of the Municipal Code regarding South 27th Street overlay zoning districts and design standards (held 4/19/05) (by Committee of the Whole).
  4. Ordinance:  Consider ordinance No. 2351, creating Section 17.0316 of the Municipal Code creating the South 27th Street Urban Village zoning district (held 5/17/05) (by Committee of the Whole).

  6. Motion: Consider a motion to approve the Vendor Summary Report in the amount of $253,621.08 (by Committee of the Whole).
  7. Council Proclamation:  Consider council proclamation No. 05-12, congratulations to Matthew J. Dretzka for receiving the Eagle Scout Award (by Committee of the Whole).
  8. License Committee

  9. Motion: Consider a motion to take action on the various license requests as listed on the attached report (by Committee of the Whole).
  10. Community Development

  11. Resolution:  Consider resolution No. 10524-062105, approving the development agreement for the Belmont Grove subdivision at 8455 S. Pennsylvania Ave. (3rd District).
  12. Resolution:  Consider resolution No. 10525-062105, approving the development agreement for the Orchard View subdivision at 10222 S. Shepard Ave. (5th District).
  13. Resolution:  Consider resolution No. 10526-062105, approving a certified survey map reconfiguring the property boundaries at 8907 and 8995 S. Howell Ave. (GP-OCD Partners) (6th District).
  14. Engineering

  15. Motion:  Consider a motion to award the Southbranch Industrial Park road reconstruction project to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, Payne & Dolan, Inc., in the amount of $1,067,830.14 (Project 04003) (6th District).
  16. Motion:  Consider a motion to authorize the final invoice payment of $91.97 to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for contract work on Project No. 96029, the replacement and widening of the Shepard Ave. bridge, and to authorize the transfer of $91.97 from Project No. 96030 to Project No. 96029 (3rd District).
  17. Motion:  Consider a motion to authorize payment of the contract progress payments for Project Nos. 00019 and 04016 as listed on the attached summary report (2nd and 4th Districts).
  18. Miscellaneous

  19. Motion:  Consider a motion to convene into Executive Session immediately following the conclusion of the Common Council meeting pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, to discuss the following:
    1. Section 19.85(1)(e)(g) to discuss negotiations and potential litigation regarding the power plant expansion; and
    2. Section 19.85(1)(e)(g) to discuss negotiations and potential litigation regarding the potential claim of Karen K. McDonald and Katherine Protasiewicz and their property at 1990 W. Ridgeview Dr.
  20. Motion:  Consider a motion to reconvene into Open Session.
  21. Motion:  Consider a motion to take action, if required.
