    1. PLAN REVIEW- Review site, building and landscaping plans submitted by Craig Whitehead for Oak Creek Court located at 2345 W. Ryan Road. (Tax Key No. 903-9008)
    2. PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building and landscaping plans for an addition to the Henkel building located at 500 W. Marquette Avenue. (Tax Key No. 765-9045)
    3. PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building and landscaping plans for First Supply Milwaukee located at 7550 South Sixth Street. (Tax Key No. 782-9033)

    6. ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT – Review an amendment to Section 17.1305. 17.1306, 17.1307, 17.0308, and 17.0310 of the zoning ordinance regarding side setbacks for residential buildings with side entry garages.
    7. ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT – Review an amendment to Section 17.0502(e) of the zoning ordinance regarding ornamental fences.
