  1. PRELIMINARY PLAT – Review a preliminary plat  submitted by  Peter Shepard of the Dillion Group, LLC for the Belmont Grove subdivision located at 8455 S. Pennsylvania Avenue. (Tax Key No. 825-9018)

PLEASE NOTE
