- PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building, and landscaping plans submitted by Mad Mack Enterprises, Inc. for a Java Grande Coffee Kiosk on the Citgo Gasoline station located at 150 E. Rawson Avenue. (Tax Key No. 734-9022)
- REZONE – Review a request by Wimmer Brothers to rezone the property at 6865 S. 13th Street from Rs-4, Single Family Residential to Rm-1, Multi-Family Residential. (Tax Key No. 736-9000-004)
- PLAN REVIEW – Review an accessory building and picnic shelter for St. Matthew’s Church located at 9303 S. Chicago Road. (Tax Key No. 869-9972)

- SIGN PLAN REVIEW – Review a proposed wall sign for Meineke Car Care Center located at 9300 S. 27th Street (Tax Key No. 879-9006)
- REZONE – Review a request by Roman & Hedy Iwinski to rezone the properties at 10303 S. Chicago Road & 3961 E. Oakwood Road from Rs-2 and Rs-3, Single Family Residential to Rm-1, Multi-Family Residential to allow for the eventual construction of a condominium development. (Tax Key No. 961-9999 & 962-9986)
- CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a certified survey map submitted by John Gonis for 7028 & 7050 S. 27th Street and 2414–2602 W. Rawson Avenue. (Tax Key Nos.: multiple)
- CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a certified survey map submitted by McAdams Graphics, Inc. for the property at 7200 S. Howell Avenue. (Tax Key No. 765-9986)
- ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT – Review a proposed amendment to Section 17.0501 of the Zoning Ordinance limiting the location of accessory uses to the same property as the principal use.
- ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT – Review a proposed amendment to Section 17.0502 of the Zoning Ordinance regulating fences in residential zoning districts.
