    1. LANDSCAPE PLAN REVIEW – Review landscaping plans submitted by Ashbury Woods Condominiums located at 8435 S. Chicago Road. (Tax Key No: 823-9019)
    2. REZONE – Review a request by Pranke Holdings, LLC to rezone the property at 8750 S. Howell Avenue from B-3, Office and Professional Business to B-4, Highway Business to allow for the eventual development of a four-tenant retail center. (Tax Key No.: 860-9996)
    3. PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building, and landscaping plans submitted by Mad Mack Enterprises, Inc. for a Java Grande Coffee Kiosk on the Citgo Gasoline station located at 150 E. Rawson Avenue. (Tax Key No. 734-9022)
    4. CONDITIONS & RESTRICTIONS – Review Conditions and Restrictions for the property at 10479 S. Chicago Road for the conditional use for a group day care center with an outdoor activity area. (Tax Key No. 962-9980)
    5. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a certified survey map submitted by Gabaldon Properties for the properties at 8907 & 8995 S. Howell Avenue (Tax Key Nos. 859-9039 & 859-9040)
    6. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a certified survey map submitted by Parkside Land Group for the property at 441 & 545 W. Ryan Road (Tax Key Nos. 906-9025, 905-9999-005)
    7. PLAN COMMISSION CONSULTATION – Conceptual review of the proposed Laurel Woods proposed condominium development submitted by Heartland Development Group for multiple properties located approximately at South 27th Street and W. Honadel Boulevard (Tax Key Nos.: multiple).
    8. PLAN COMMISSION CONSULTATION – Conceptual review of the proposed Serenity Oaks Subdivision, submitted by D&B Developer, LLC for the properties located at 1850 W. Oakwood Road & 10420 S. Judith Place (Tax Key Nos.: 926-9016 & 926-9989-002)
