- PLAN REVIEW – Review an accessory building and picnic shelter for St. Matthew’s Church located at 9303 S. Chicago Road. (Tax Key No. 869-9972)
- NEW BUSINESS
- CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP - Review a certified survey map submitted by Deshur Development Corporation for the properties at 330 W. Centennial Drive and 355 W. Sunnyview Drive (Tax Key Nos. 859-9023 & 859-9009)
- PLAN REVIEW – Review site and landscaping plans for a parking lot expansion at Country Oaks Apartments located at 330 W. Centennial Drive. (Tax Key No. 859-9023)
- REZONE & CONDITIONAL USE – Review a request by the Early Childhood Educational Center to rezone the property at 10479 S. Chicago Road from B-2, Community Business to B-3, Office & Professional Business with a conditional use for a group day care center with an outdoor activity area. (Tax Key No. 962-9980)
- USE APPROVAL – Review an application by Diamond Express to use the property 9770 S. Ridgeview Drive for an expansion of their truck parking area (Tax Key No. 903-0009).
