- OFFICIAL MAP AMENDMENT – Review a proposed amendment to the official map for the SW ¼ of Section 6.
- PLAN REVIEW – Review an accessory building and picnic shelter for St. Matthew’s Church located at 9303 S. Chicago Road. (Tax Key No. 869-9972)
- REZONE – Review a request to rezone a portion of the property at 9160 S. Pennsylvania Avenue from M-1, Manufacturing to B-3, Office & Professional Business to allow for the eventual construction of a dance studio. (Tax Key No. 871-9997)
- REZONE - Review a request by Tri-City National Bank to rezone a portion of the property at 2555 W. Ryan Road from B-3 (CU), Office & Professional Business to B-4, Highway Business. (Tax Key No. 903-9028)
