The Oak Creek Health Department will be evaluated by the State of Wisconsin, Department of Health and Family Services, Division of Public Health on March 4, 2005. This is a state mandated review of services to determine whether or not the Oak Creek Health Department meets the requirements for a Level I Health Department.
Members of the Board of Health may be in attendance but will not be voting on issues discussed.

It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of the committee of the whole or members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice.
