- PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building, and landscaping plans for a building addition for Nucor Cold Finish located at 400 W. Burkhard Court. (765-9048)
- REZONE – Review a request by Milwaukee County to rezone parts of 1125 & 1025 E. College Avenue, 709 E. Oak Street & part of 725 E. Oak Street from M-1, Manufacturing to P-1, Park District for a Dog Park. (Tax Key Nos. 733-9999, 733-0017, 720-9999-001, & 732-9996-002)
- CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP - Review a certified survey map submitted by Delphi Automotive for the property at 7929 S. Howell Avenue (Tax Key No. 813-9007)
- TEMPORARY USE – Review a temporary use application submitted by Musson Brothers Inc. to allow for pavement crushing at LePine Enterprises located at 9540 S. Pennsylvania Avenue (Tax Key Nos. 910-9985 & 910-9984)
- PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building, and landscaping plans submitted by Willow Tree Development for the Howell Oaks multi-tenant retail center located at 8201 S. Howell Avenue. (Tax Key No. 811-9009-004)
