  3. Correspondence – letter of resignation from M. Liebsch and information about Healthiest WI: Today’s Reality: Tomorrow’s Promise conference in May 2005
  4. CPHA Report
  5. City Sanitarian Report
  6. Medical Advisor Report
  7. Council Representative Report
  8. Old Business
    1. Up-date on grant activities.
    2. Update on pertussis outbreak in Oak Creek and the surrounding area.
  9. New Business
    1. Approval of the Contract Agreement for School Health Services 2005-2006 School Year.
    2. Discussion of Healthiest WI 2010 Annual Status Report.
    3. Review of Status Report on the Restructuring of Public Health and development of a board response, if needed.
    4. Discussion of the Review of Required Local Public Health Authorities/Local Health Departments scheduled for Oak Creek on March 4th @ 9 AM.
  10. Next Meetings: March 4, 2005 @ 9 AM and April 13, 2005 @ 4:30 PM or at call of chair.
