- Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10458-020105, adopting the South 27 th Street Corridor Plan (2nd and 6th Districts).
- Ordinance: Consider ordinance No. 2338, extending a development moratorium on the properties adjacent to S. 27th St. (2nd and 6th Districts).

- Presentation: Presentation by staff of the 27th Street SubArea Plan.
- Council Proclamation: Consider council proclamation No. 05-1, congratulations to SECUB’s 2004 Business of the Year (proclamation to be distributed Monday) (confirmation only) (by Committee of the Whole).
- Council Proclamation: Consider council proclamation No. 05-3, congratulations to Booth Manor – Oak Creek Resident Charlessa Wiggins on her 107th birthday (by Committee of the Whole).

- Motion: Consider a motion to approve the Vendor Summary Report in the amount of $656,949.27 (by Committee of the Whole).
- Ordinance: Consider ordinance No. 2339, fixing the salary range and salary for the Plumbing/Building Inspector (by Committee of the Whole).
- Motion: Consider a motion to:
- waive the Oak Creek portion of the 2005 storm water utility fee for the Oak Creek-Franklin Joint School District; and
- waive the Oak Creek portion of the charges to the Oak Creek-Franklin Joint School District for state weights and measures inspections for fiscal year 7/1/03-6/30/04 (by Committee of the Whole).
License Committee
- Motion: Consider a motion to take action on the various license requests as listed on the attached report (by Committee of the Whole).
Fire
- Motion: Consider a motion to accept a donation in the amount of $1,500.00 to the Fire Department to help fund their car seat safety program, and to acknowledge the Oak Creek Lion’s Club for their donation (by Committee of the Whole).
Community Development
- Motion: Consider a motion authorizing the City Administrator to execute a professional services agreement with Ruekert & Mielke to prepare the zoning overlay districts necessary to implement the 27th Street Corridor Plan (2nd and 6th Districts).
- Motion: Consider a motion to approve the request by Reinhart Foods for a special exception to the 27th Street development moratorium (6th District).
- Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10459-020105, approving the development agreement for the Pick ‘n Save development at 2320 W. Ryan Rd. (Atout Real Estate, LLC) (6th District).
- Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10460-020105, approving a certified survey map for the property at 1120 W. Drexel Ave. (Greggory Schmidt) (1st District).
Engineering
- Motion: Consider a motion to authorize payment of the contract progress payment for Project No. 00019, as listed on the attached summary report (2nd District).
- Motion: Consider a motion to concur with the recommendation of the Traffic & Safety Commission and deny the installation of “No Parking” signs along the north side of S. Aspen Dr. around the curve to W. Aspen Dr. (6th District).
- Motion: Consider a motion to concur with the recommendation of the Traffic & Safety Commission and authorize the removal of “No Parking” signs along the west side of S. 22nd St. adjacent to South Hills Park (6th District).
Miscellaneous
- Motion: Consider a motion to convene into Executive Session at the conclusion of the Common Council meeting pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, Section 19.85(1)(e)(g) to discuss the recent Dane County Circuit Court Decision on the review of the PSC’s CPCN decision as it relates to the power plant expansion.
- Motion: Consider a motion to reconvene into Open Session.
- Motion: Consider a motion to take action, if required.
