- CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a certified survey map submitted by Catherine Staskal for the property located at 1326 E. Oak Lane. (Tax Key No. 922-9034)
- CONDITIONS & RESTRICTIONS – Review conditions and restrictions for the proposed Woodman’s gasoline service station for the properties located at 8131, 8081, and 8201 S. Howell Avenue (Tax Key No. 813-9011, 9012 and 9009-004)
- FINAL PLAT – Review a request by Micjensar Development, LLC to review the final plat for Orchard View Subdivision located at 10222 S. Shepard Avenue. (Tax Key No. 922-9077)
- FINAL PLAT – Review a final plat for the Rawson Village Estates subdivision located at 2320 E. Rawson Avenue and 7050 S. Ash Street. (Tax Key No. 731-9983 & 731-0136)

- PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT – Review a request from Heartland Development Group to rezone 8100, 8240 and 8268 S. 27th Street from Rs-2, Single Family Residential, B-4, Highway Business and A-1 Agriculture to a Rm-1, Multi-Family Residential Planned Unit Development. (Tax Key No. 810-9977-001, 810-9976 and 810-9975-001)
- CONDITIONAL USE AMENDMENT – Review a proposed amendment to the conditional use for the property at 7575 S. Howell Avenue to allow for sale and rentals of recreational vehicles and trailers. (Tax Key No 782-9034)
- PRELIMINARY PLAT REVISION – Review a revised Jenna Prairie Addition No. 1 preliminary plat submitted by Kaerek Builders located at 1500 E. Fitzsimmons.
- 27th STREET – Review 27th Street Streetscape Improvement plans and make a recommendation to the Common Council
- 27th STREET – Review a memorandum of understanding between the Cities of Oak Creek and Franklin regarding the shared costs for the S. 27th Street Streetscape Improvements and make a recommendation to the Common Council.
- 27th STREET – Review the S. 27th Street Urban Village Implementation Plan and make a recommendation to the Common Council.
