    1. SIGN REVIEW – Review a proposed subdivision sign submitted by Bielinski Homes for the Willowbrook subdivision. (E. Oakwood Road and S. Monardy Lane)
    2. PLAN REVIEW – Review a proposed site, building and landscaping plans submitted by Otto Satula for the Airport Business Center located at 400 East Oak Street. (Tax Key No. 719-9982)
    3. USE APPROVAL – Review a request for a use approval for United Rentals submitted by Mallory Properties for the property located at 9401 S. 13th Street. (Tax Key No 877-9006)
    4. REZONE AND CONDITIONAL USE – Review a request by Willow Tree Development to rezone the properties located at 8131, 8081, and 8201 S. Howell Avenue from M-1, Manufacturing to B-4, Highway Business with a conditional use for a filling station. (Tax Key No. 813-9011, 9012 and 9009-004)
    5. PLAN REVIEW – Review a proposed site, building and landscaping plans submitted by RW Howell Avenue for the Howell Avenue Professional Office Building located at 8375 S. Howell Avenue.(828-9997)
    6. OFFICIAL MAP AMENDMENT – Review an amendment to the official map for the NW1/4 of Section 34 (10670 S. Nicholson Road) submitted by John Coury.
    7. LANDSCAPE PLAN REVIEW – Review revised landscaping plans for the McAdams Graphics addition, located at 7200 S. 1st Street. (Tax Key No. 765-9986
    8. OFFICIAL MAP AMENDMENT – Review an amendment to the official map amendment for the SE1/4 of Section 28 submitted by the City of Oak Creek
