    1. SIGN REVIEW – Review a proposed residential subdivision sign submitted by Bil Aire Homes, LLC for the Willow Creek Estates Subdivision located at 1711 E. Oakwood Road (Tax Key No. 958-0038)
    2. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a certified survey map submitted by Brian Schoenleber for the properties at 450 E. Wynnbrook Drive and 540 E. Mona Drive (Tax Key Nos. 814-0092 and 814-0284)
    3. CONDITIONS & RESTRICTIONS – Review conditions and restrictions for Stramowski Heating contractor’s office and shop located at 6508 S. Howell Avenue (Tax Key No. 719-9985)
    4. FINAL PLAT – Review the final plat for the Pine Creek subdivision located at 7300 S. 13th Street. (Tax Key No 783-9001)
    5. OFFICIAL MAP AMENDMENT – Review an amendment to the official map for the SE1/4 of Section 28 submitted by Eddy & Denise Arnold and Julie Klein.
    6. USE APPROVAL – Review a request for a use approval for United Rentals submitted by Mallory Properties for the property located at 9401 S. 13th Street. (Tax Key No 877-9006)
