  1. Roll Call.
  2. Review and approve previous meeting minutes.
  3. Convene into Executive Session at approximately 7:05 p.m., pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, Section 19.85(1)(c) to select an Acting Fire Chief.
  4. Reconvene into Open Session to take action, if required.
  5. Discuss the procedure for the appointment of a new Fire Chief.
  6. Update from Chief Hammernik on the status of a new Firefighter entry-level eligibility list, and review interview schedule.
  7. Discussion of Police Department recruitment and promotion procedures with Chief Bauer.

                 Adjournment.
