- Ordinance: Consider ordinance No. 2374, repealing and recreating Sections 11.103 and 11.105 of the Municipal Code regarding chronic nuisances (by Committee of the Whole).
- Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10561-110105, limiting time of Common Council meeting (by Committee of the Whole).

License Committee
- Motion: Consider a motion to take action on the various license requests as listed on the attached report (by Committee of the Whole).
Information Technology
- Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10565-110105, allowing the City of Oak Creek Police, Fire and IT Departments to enter into a consortium with twelve (12) communities for the purpose of sharing software, information, communication, network and/or equipment (by Committee of the Whole).
- Motion: Consider a motion to approve the award of a contract to Key Power International, Inc., for a Police and Fire CAD/Records software package, and also approve the purchase of necessary server and network hardware to complete the project as proposed in the 2006 CIEP budget (by Committee of the Whole).
Fire
- Informational: Comments from Fire Chief Hammernik on the SAFER Act grant and future staffing and reorganization ideas for the Oak Creek Fire Department.
Community Development
- Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10564-110105, authorizing the execution of an agreement with Milwaukee County relative to the City’s continued participation in the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program for the program years 2006, 2007 and 2008 (by Committee of the Whole).
- Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10563-110105, approving a certified survey map for the properties at 6758 S. 13th St. and 1225 W. Anderson Ct. (Eugene Eder Living Trust) (1st District).
Engineering
- Motion: Consider a motion to concur with the recommendation of the Traffic & Safety Commission and authorize the installation of a “Deaf Child Area” sign at 8635 S. Golden Fields Dr. (3rd District).
- Motion: Consider a motion to concur with the recommendation of the Traffic & Safety Commission and deny the installation of stop signs on E. Puetz Rd. at the intersection of S. Shepard Ave., making it a four-way stop (3rd District).
- Motion: Consider a motion to concur with the recommendation of the Traffic & Safety Commission and authorize the installation of “No Left Turn 3:30-5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday Except Buses” on W. Puetz Rd. at the intersection of S. Violet Dr., for a six-month study (6th District).
- Motion: Consider a motion to authorize payment of the contract progress payment for Project No. 04008, as listed on the attached summary report (5th District).
- Motion: Consider a motion to authorize payment of the contracted inspection service payments for various projects as listed on the attached invoice payment report (various districts).
Miscellaneous
- Motion: Consider a motion to convene into Executive Session immediately following the conclusion of the Common Council meeting, pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, Section 19.85(1)(c)(e)(g) to:
- discuss the appeal of an employee’s medical claim denial;
- discuss potential settlement of the lawsuit filed by NDC, LLC relating to their 2004 claim for excessive assessment for the property at 6312 S. 27th St.;
- discuss the temporary assignment of the PHN Supervisor/Deputy Health Officer to the position of Acting Community Public Health Administrator (CPHA), and to discuss a temporary salary adjustment.
- Motion: Consider a motion to reconvene into Open Session.
- Motion: Consider a motion to take action, if required.
- Ordinance: Consider ordinance No. 2378, temporarily adjusting the salary for the PHN Supervisor/Acting Community Public Health Administrator (CPHA) (by Committee of the Whole).
