    1. REZONE AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT – Review a request by Stramowski Heating, Inc. to rezone the property at 6508 S. Howell Avenue from B-2, Community Business District to B-4, Highway Business with a conditional use permit for a contractor’s shop. (Tax Key No. 719-9985)

    1. PLAN REVIEW – Review a site, building and landscaping plans for a 63,800 square foot addition to McAdams Graphics located at 7200 S. 1st Street. (Tax Key No. 765-9986)
    2. REZONING – Consider a request by Herget Plavsic Development, LLC to rezone the properties at 4201and 4103 E. Fitzsimmons Road, 4440 E. Oakwood R, 10250, 10190 and 10150 S. Chicago Road from A-1 to Rs-1, Single Family Residential and Rm-1, Multifamily for Lake Bluff subdivision.(Tax Key Nos. 917-9999, 917-9983, 916-9997, 917-9987, 917-9006, 917-9988-002)
    3. STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN REVIEW – Review the proposed grading and stormwater management plans submitted by We Energies for the Elm Road generating station units 1 & 2.
