- Official
Map Amendment: Consider a proposal by Kettle Creek Homes to amend
the Official Map for the Northeast 1/4 of Section 22, affecting the
area to the south and west of the intersection of S. 15th Ave. and E.
Puetz Rd. (3rd District).
- Amendment
to Planned Unit Development: Consider a proposal by DEMCO Wisconsin
2, LLC and CQ Creekside LLC to amend the planned unit development (PUD)
at 9803-9835 S. 13th St. as
it relates to the permitted signage within the development (6th District).
- Conditional
Use Permit: Consider a request by MRT Investments, LLC for a conditional
use permit for a car wash for a portion of the property at 150 W. Rawson
Ave. (1st District).

- Ordinance: Consider ordinance
No. 2327, amending the Official Map for the Northeast
1/4 of Section 22, as illustrated (Kettle Creek Homes) (3rd District).
- Ordinance: Consider ordinance
No. 2328, amending the conditions and restrictions
for the Creekside Corporate Park (DEMCO Wisconsin 2, LLC and CQ Creekside
LLC) relating to allowable signage (6th District).
- Ordinance: Consider ordinance
No. 2329, approving the issuance of a conditional
use permit for a car wash for a portion of the property at 150 W.

Action Presentations
Mayor and Council
- Informational: Mayor’s
veto of item 9 on the Common Council agenda for Tuesday, 9/7/04, when
the Common Council took action to authorize implementation of the Canusa
prescription drug program for Oak Creek employees, over age 65 retirees
and residents, with incentives that two of the three co-pays over a 90-day
period would be waived and employees and retirees would receive 50% of
the savings to the City in the first two prescriptions ordered only; thereafter,
a waiver of 2 of the 3 co-pays for employees and retirees would continue.
- Motion: Consider
a motion to override the Mayor’s veto as described above.
- Informational: Presentation on the Wellness Program by representatives of Burkwald & Associates
and the Wellness Team.
- Motion: Consider
a motion to concur with the Mayor’s reappointments to the
following boards and commissions (by Committee of the Whole):
- Martin
Zabkowicz, Board of Health, for a three-year term expiring 9/07
- Clifford
Nelson, Traffic & Safety Commission, for a three-year term expiring
9/07;
- Gary
Gass, Water & Sewer Utility Commission, for a five-year term expiring
9/09;
- Paula
Cseri, Library Board, for a three-year term expiring 6/07
- Motion: Consider
a motion to approve the Vendor Summary Report in the amount
of $986,201.61 (by Committee of the Whole).
License Committee
- Motion: Consider
a motion to take action on the various license requests as
listed on the attached report (by Committee of the Whole).
Utility
- Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10403-092104, accepting water main easements
for the Water Utility’s transmission main project (4th District).
Engineering
- Motion: Consider
a motion to authorize payment of contract progress payment
No. 2 for Project No. 00019 as listed on the attached summary report (2nd District).
- Motion: Consider
a motion to authorize payment of the contract progress
payments for various projects as listed on the attached summary report
(various districts).
- Motion: Consider
a motion to authorize payment of the contracted inspection
service payment for Project Nos. 00019 and 04020 as listed on the attached
invoice payment report (by Committee of the Whole).
- Resolution: Consider resolution No.
10402-092104, accepting the workmanship and authorizing final payment
to Henry R. Marohl for Project No. 98003 (installation of soil remediation
improvements in A-C Reorganization Trust Property) (4th District).
- Motion: Consider
a motion to authorize the purchase of materials and the Street
Department to install a split rail fence around the Shepard Hills detention
basin, and to transfer $12,000.00 from Project No. 02034 to Project No.
00037 (5th District).
Community Development
- Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10404-092104, adopting a flood mitigation
plan for the City of Oak Creek (by Committee of the Whole).
