- Official
Map Amendment: Consider a proposal by Country Creek Homes to amend
the Official Map for the Southwest 1/4 of Section 27, affecting the
area to the north and east of the intersection of S. Nicholson Rd.
and E. Oakwood Rd. (5th District).
- Community
Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program: Provide an opportunity
to Oak Creek residents to comment
on projects which could be completed
with money from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development
from the CDBG Program, and the reallocation of unexpended funding from
previous years (by Committee of the Whole).

- Ordinance: Consider ordinance
No. 2324, amending the Official Map for the Southwest
1/4 of Section 27 as illustrated (Country Creek Homes) (5th District).
- Motion: Consider
a motion to reallocate the City’s unexpended CDBG
funds from prior years to the following projects (by Committee of the
Whole):
- Voting
site – handicapped accessibility improvements - $3,800
- Reimbursement
for real estate acquisition for the remediation of the former AC spur
track in the Carrollville neighborhood - $5,000

- Resolution: Consider resolution No.
10399-090704, accepting the 2003 Financial Statement and Auditors Report
as prepared and presented by Virchow, Krause & Company
(by Committee of the Whole) (Note: This item will be taken at 6:45
p.m.).
- Motion: Consider
a motion to approve the Vendor Summary Report in the amount
of $490,531.30 (by Committee of the Whole).
- Motion: Consider
a motion to waive all building permit fees chargeable
to the Oak Creek Lions Club for an addition to a pole building on the
American Legion grounds (by Committee of the Whole).
- Motion: Consider
a motion to concur with the Mayor’s reappointment
of Rudolph Sutschek to the Board of Review for a five-year term expiring
5/09 (by Committee of the Whole).
- Motion: Consider
a motion to authorize implementation of the Canusa
prescription drug program for Oak Creek employees, over age 65 retirees,
and residents (by Committee of the Whole).
- Ordinance: Consider ordinance
No. 2325, an ordinance fixing the salary ranges,
salary, wages and allowances for non-union and management personnel
and other City offices and positions for the year 2004 (by Committee
of the Whole).
- Ordinance: Consider ordinance
No. 2326, an ordinance establishing the wages
and allowances for elected city officials for the year 2004 (by Committee

a motion to take action on the various license requests as

a motion to approve the request of the Library Board
and the recommendation of the Personnel Committee to fill a vacant Library

- Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10398-090704, accepting water main easements
in the Creek Side Manor subdivision (2nd District).

- Discussion: Council
discussion to consider in-house curbside recycling collection, along
with the disposal, including hauling, of recyclables collected from the
drop-off site (by Committee of the Whole).
Fire
- Motion: Consider
a motion to authorize payment of the contract progress
payments for Project No. 01019, Fire Station No. 1 structural renovation,
as listed on the attached summary report (by Committee of the Whole).
Police
- Motion: Consider
a motion to approve the purchase of a SkyJack SJIII 3219
compact electric scissors lift from United Rentals Aerial Equipment in
the amount of $8,477.00 (by Committee of the Whole).
Engineering
- Motion: Consider
a motion to authorize payment of the contract progress payments
for Project No. 04020 as listed on the attached summary report (4th and
5th Districts).
- Motion: Consider
a motion to approve the revisions to Chapter 4 (Storm Water
Management) and Section 1 of Chapter 11 (Plan Standards) of the Engineering
Design Manual (by Committee of the Whole).
- Ordinance: Consider ordinance
No. 2322, repealing and recreating Section 13.103 regarding
definitions, repealing Section 13.104(c)2 and 13.104(c)3 regarding
exemptions, repealing and recreating Section 13.105(b) regarding
water quality technical standards, repealing and recreating Section
13.106(a)13 regarding protection of drainage systems, and creating
Sections 13.106(i)(j)(k) and (l) relating to post-construction storm

- Ordinance: Consider ordinance
No. 2323, repealing Section 13.01 through 13.11 relating
to ground cover, repealing Section 13.80 through 13.87 and recreating
as Section 13.01 through 13.11, relating to the control of construction
site erosion resulting from land-disturbing construction activities,
and creating Section 13.12 through 13.14 relating to the control
of construction site erosion resulting from land-disturbing construction

Community Development
- Resolution: Consider resolution No.
10400-090704, approving a certified survey map for the property at 7420
S. Howell Ave. (Oak Creek Commerce, LLC) (TIF District No. 4) (1st District).
- Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10401-090704,
approving a development agreement for the property at 1120 W. Drexel Ave.
(Gregg Schmidt) (1st District).
- Motion: Consider
a motion to consider the proposal by Continental Properties
to utilize a portion of the City-owned property at 7625 S. Howell
Ave. for
wetland mitigation purposes (1st District).
