    1. CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS – Review conditions and restrictions for Menard’s for a proposed warehouse and a garden center located at 6800 S. 27th Street. (Tax Key No. 737-9029)
    2. PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT – Review an amendment to the planned unit development for a time extension for the Prairie Field Development located at 6711 S. 24th Street, 6720 S. 27th Street and 6851 S. 20th Street (Tax Key Nos. 715-0228, 737-9999-001, 737-9032)
    3. SPECIAL EXCEPTION REQUEST – Review a request for a special exception from the 27th Street Development Moratorium by Menard’s.
    4. PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building and landscaping plans for Midwest Dialysis Administrative Building and Limousine Service located at 7420 S. Howell Avenue. (Tax Key No. 766-9020)
    5. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT – Review an application for a conditional use permit for a PDQ Convenience store and gasoline station located at 6300 S. 27th Street. (Tax Key No. 715-9992)
    6. AMENDMENT TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT – Review a request to amend a planned unit development ordinance for Market Place located at 8610-8668 S. Market Place and 3570 E. Puetz Road. (Multiple Tax Key Nos.)
