    1. Approval of Smart Growth Comprehensive Plan Application Services Consultant

      The Community Development Authority may enter closed session pursuant to §19.85(1)(e), Wisconsin Statutes, for the purpose of reviewing competitive proposals for the Smart Growth Comprehensive Plan Grant Application Services, and reenter open session at the same place thereafter to act upon such matters as discussed therein.

Upon reasonable notice, a good faith effort will be made to accommodate the needs of disabled individu­als through sign language interpreters or other auxiliary aid at no cost to the individual to participate in public meetings.
