    2. PLAN REVIEW – Review building and landscaping plans for BAX Global, Inc. distribution center located on part of 7420 S. Howell Avenue in the Oak Creek Commerce Park. (Tax Key No. 766-9020)

    1. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT – Review a proposal by Menard’s, Inc. located at 6800 S. 27th Street to add a warehouse and a garden center to their existing building. (Tax Key No. 737-9029)
    2. PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT - Review a proposed planned unit development for the Prairie Field Development located 6711 S. 24th Street, 6720 S. 27th Street and 6851 S. 20th Street. (Tax Key Nos. 715-0228,737-9999-001,737-9032)
    3. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a certified survey map submitted by Raymund and Debra Alfaro located at 9211 South Nicholson Road. (Tax Key No. 873-9996)
    4. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP - Review a certified survey map submitted by Michael Rosen, Oak Creek Commerce Park, for the property located at 7420 S. Howell Avenue. (Tax Key No. 766-9020)
    5. AMENDMENT TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT – Review an amendment to the planned unit development for the signage restrictions for the Creekside Corporate Park located at 9875 S. Stern Street and 9905 S. 13th Street. (Tax Key Nos. 904-9016, 926-9025)
    6. OFFICIAL MAP AMENDMENT – Review a proposed amendment to the official map for the NE ¼ of Section 22 (Kettle Creek Subdivision).
    7. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT – Review a proposal for a conditional use permit for  a car wash by Milo Thomas for the property at 150 West Rawson Ave. (Tax Key No. 734-9022)
    8. PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building, and landscaping plans for an addition to the McDonalds restaurant at 8800 South Howell Avenue. (Tax Key No. 860-9018) 
    9. PLAN REVIEW – Review site and building plans for the renovation of the building located at 140 E. Ryan Road. (Tax Key No. 874-9994)
