3. Review and possible selection of joint City of Oak Creek and City of Franklin 27^th Street corridor plan proposals

   The Community Development Authority may enter closed session pursuant to §19.85(1)(e), Wisconsin Statutes for the purpose of reviewing competitive proposals for the 27^th Street Corridor Plan and reenter open session at the same place thereafter to act upon such matters as discussed therein.
