   1. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT – Consider a request for a conditional use permit for a service station, convenience store and car wash located at 9444 S. Chicago Road. (Tax Key No. 869-9954)
   2. REZONE – Review a request by the Oak Creek-Franklin School District to rezone a portion of the Scanlan Park site from P-1, Park to I-1, Institutional located at 10511 S. Chicago Road. (Tax Key No. 962-9011)
   3. PLAN REVIEW – Review the site plan for the Oak Creek Veteran’s memorial at 552 W. Rawson Avenue. (Tax Key No. 734-9025)
