Call Meeting to Order

Action Presentations:  Items under this section have been prepared by the staff and recommend the Council to approve a specific action.

1. Opening remarks and establishing of “ground rules” for the Common Council, candidates, and audience by Mayor Bolender.
2. Conduct interviews of the following candidates for the vacant Municipal Judge position:
   1. Steven R. McDonald, 325 W. Aspen Dr., #6
   2. Jane M. Rolling, 9890 S. Glenmoor Ct.
   3. Louis Giblin, 7468 S. Logan Ave.
   4. Alice A. Rudebusch, 325 W. Aspen Dr.
3. Recess to allow interested parties to return to the meeting room.
4. Discussion:  Council discussion of the candidate interviews for the vacant Municipal Judge position.
5. Motion: Consider a motion to appoint a Municipal Judge through April 30, 2005, with a special election to be held on 4/5/05.
