  1. Discussion:  Preliminary review of vacant residential land areas with potential for zoning for 1/2 acre minimum lot size (by Committee of the Whole).

  3. Motion: Consider a motion to approve the Vendor Summary Report in the amount of $286,677.35 (by Committee of the Whole).
  4. License Committee

  5. Motion: Consider a motion to take action on the various license requests as listed on the attached report (by Committee of the Whole).
  6. Streets

  7. Motion:  Consider a motion to approve the recommendation of the Street Superintendent to purchase salt from North American Salt Company at $28.75 per ton, the low bidder for the state salt contract for the winter season of 2004-05 (by Committee of the Whole).
  8. Ordinance:  Consider ordinance No. 2309, relating to garbage and refuse collection (by Committee of the Whole).
  9. Ordinance:  Consider ordinance No. 2310, relating to stopping and/or prohibiting parking in specified areas (as it relates to the automated cart system) (by Committee of the Whole).
  10. Ordinance:  Consider ordinance No. 2311, relating to fees for the disposal of Freon appliances (by Committee of the Whole).
  11. Fire

  12. Informational:  Fire Department Annual Report for the years 2002 and 2003 (by Committee of the Whole).
  13. Inspection

  14. Motion:  Consider a motion to accept the recommendation of the Electrical Inspection Division to replace the street lighting in the Parkway Estates subdivision with new Lumec street lighting, at an estimated total cost of $70,582.00 (3rd District).
  15. Miscellaneous

  16. Motion:  Consider a motion to convene into Executive Session immediately following the conclusion of the Common Council meeting pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, to discuss the following:
    1. Section 19.85(1)(c)(e) to review applications and qualifications of candidates for the position of City Administrator and to discuss the terms of the contract with a candidate for the position of City Administrator;
    2. Section 19.85(1)(e)(g) to consider a claim for unlawful taxes by Morris Material Handling, LLC.
  17. Motion:  Consider a motion to reconvene into Open Session.
  18. Motion:  Consider a motion to take action, if required.
