2. Motion:  Consider a motion to convene into Executive Session at approximately 5:00 p.m. pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, Section 19.85(1)(g) to consider possible litigation re: the proposed placement of Billy Lee Morford, a sexually violent person, at 445 E. Oak St., Oak Creek, Wi.
3. Motion:  Consider a motion to reconvene into Open Session.
4. Motion:  Consider a motion to take action, if required.
