    2. PRELIMINARY PLAT – Review a preliminary plat submitted by Scott Biller for Willow Creek Estates located at 1701 and 1929 E. Oakwood Road (Tax Key  No. 958-9998-001 and 9025)
    3. PRELIMINARY PLAT – Review a preliminary plat submitted by Brian Schoenleber for Pioneer Estates Addition No. 4 located at 601 E. Drexel Avenue, 620 and part of 630 E. Lakeview Dr. (Tax Key Nos. 814-9998-002,9022 and 9023)
