Note:   This meeting is a joint meeting of the Common Council and the Administrator Selection Committee.

  1. Roll call.
  2. Informal introductions and discussions with a candidate for the City Administrator position.
  3. Convene into Executive Session at approximately 6:00 p.m., pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, Section 19.85(1)(c) to interview a candidate for the City  Administrator position.
  4. Reconvene into open session to take action, if necessary.
  5. Adjourn the joint meeting of the Common Council and Administrator Selection Committee.  NOTE:  At the conclusion of the Executive Session (items 3 and 4), the joint meeting of the Common Council and Administrator Selection Committee will adjourn, and the Common Council will convene to take action on the following item held from the 5/18/04 Council meeting:
  6. Motion:  Consider a motion to award the Oak Creek Recycling Yard project to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, Payne & Dolan, Inc., in the estimated amount of $589,221.05 (Project No. 00019) (2nd District) (held 5/18/04).
