    2. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT – Review a request by Richard Coury for a conditional use permit for a 20 bed CBRF located at 10670 S. Nicholson Road. (958-9995-006)
    3. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a certified survey map submitted by Marilyn Blasczyk for the property located at 3271 E. Elm Road. (Tax Key No. 969-9024)
    4. REZONE– Consider a request by Patrick Coulter and Mark McCluggage to rezone the property located at 8750 S. Howell Avenue from B-3, Office and Professional Business to B-4, Highway Business. (Tax Key No. 860-9996)
    5. TEMPORARY USE APPROVAL – Consider a request by Bielinski Homes for a Temporary Use Approval for a sales trailer located at 10333 S. Monardy Lane in the Willowbrook subdivision. (Part of Key No. 961-9996)
    6. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a certified survey map submitted by James Overland for the property located at 6745 S. 20th Street. (Tax Key No. 737-9998-003)
    7. PLAN REVIEW – Review site and building plans for Virginia Place Condominiums located at 9102 S. 20th Street. (Tax Key No. 877-9998-001)
    8. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a certified survey map submitted by Greg Schmidt for the properties located at 7981 and 7921 S. 20th Street. (Tax Key Nos. 810-9999 and 9998)
