Swearing-In Ceremony:  City Clerk Beverly Buretta will swear in 2nd District Alderperson Allan Foeckler, 4th District Alderperson Mike Toman, 6th District Alderperson Stephen Jonas, and City Treasurer Barbara Guckenberger.

  1. Resolution:  Consider resolution No. 10367-042004, a resolution of appreciation to Charles Koehler (by Committee of the Whole).
  2. Election of Common Council President.

  5. Motion: Consider a motion to approve the Vendor Summary Report in the amount of $380,661.91 (by Committee of the Whole).
  6. Council Proclamation:  Consider council proclamation 04-08, congratulations to the Oak Creek High School Varsity Cheerleaders for their achievements during the 2003-04 cheerleading season (by Committee of the Whole).
  7. Council Proclamation:  Consider council proclamation 04-09, congratulations to Joshua John Breen for receiving the Eagle Scout award (by Committee of the Whole).
  8. Council Proclamation:  Consider council proclamation 04-10, congratulations to Jeremy Joseph Breen for receiving the Eagle Scout award. (by Committee of the Whole).
  9. License Committee

  10. Motion: Consider a motion to take action on the various license requests as listed on the attached report (by Committee of the Whole).

  12. Motion: Consider a motion to authorize hiring one (1) replacement Part-time Clerical employee to be assigned to the Clerk’s and Treasurer’s offices (by Committee of the Whole).
  13. Parks, Recreation & Forestry

  14. Motion:  Consider a motion to award the first 2004 street tree purchase, Project No. 04001 to Johnson’s Nursery in the amount of $18,314.00.
  15. Community Development

  16. Motion:  Consider a motion to authorize staff to release a request for proposals for a sub-area plan for the S. 27th Street corridor.  (2nd District)
  17. Engineering

  18. Motion:  Consider a motion to adopt Resolution No. 10366-042004, a resolution approving a storm water management practices maintenance agreement with DEMCO Wisconsin 1, LLC, for the proposed Howell Oaks development located at 8201 S. Howell Avenue (Tax Key No. 813-9009) (2nd District)
  19. Miscellaneous

  20. Motion:  Consider a motion to convene into Executive Session immediately following the conclusion of the Common Council meeting, pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, to discuss the following:   
    1. Section 19.85(1)(c) to ) to review Administrator candidate applications and                                 qualifications (joint meeting with Administrator Selection Committee)
    2. Section 19.85(1)(e) to discuss an offer relating to the sale of a portion of City-owned land at 10511 S. Chicago Rd.
  21. Motion:  Consider a motion to reconvene into Open Session.
  22. Motion:  Consider a motion to take action on executive session items, if required.
