    2. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a certified survey map submitted by James Overland for the property located at 6745 S. 20th Street. (Tax Key No. 737-9998-003)
    3. PLAN REVIEW – Review site and building plans for a 29,278 square foot building located at 310 W. Forest Hill Avenue. (Tax Key No. 813-9009-001)
    4. REZONE – Consider a request by Michael DeMichele to rezone a portion of the property at 8201 S. Howell Avenue from M-1, Manufacturing to B-4, Highway Business. (Tax Key No. 813-9009-002)
    5. PLAN CONSULTATION – Review a concept plan submitted by 27 Puetz Associates for the Honadel Woodlands. (no Plan Commission recommendation)
    6. PLAN CONSULTATION – Review a natural resources inventory for a proposed land division at 7921 and 7981 S. 20th Street – Greg Schmidt (no Plan Commission recommendation)
