  1. Review minutes of January 7, 2004 meeting.
  2. Review draft request for proposals for 27th Street study area.
  3. Review a request by SECUB to modify existing entrance signs to include business names.
  4. Request to have banners placed along Centennial Drive (east/west)
  5. Request to have Oak Creek banners placed past the intersection at Howell and Hwy 100. 
  6. Discuss setting up a meeting with Franklin EDC to introduce the Oak Creek CDA members.
  7. Discussion on current and future economic development issues

It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice.
