  9. The Committee may consider a motion to go into Executive Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes Section 19.85(1)(c) and (e) for:
    1. Mediation with Police Officers
    2. Discuss bargaining strategy regarding task rates in Local 133 contract
    3. Discuss and consider a salary adjustment for Facility Maintenance Supervisor

    10. *While the Police Union is in caucus, the Personnel Committee will review items in open session

  10. Consider a motion to reconvene into Open Session to take action on any or all Executive Session items
  11. Adjourn

Public Notice

It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice.
