  2. Review and approve minutes
  3. Review and consider approval of tuition reimbursement requests
  4. Discuss and consider volunteer policy
  5. Discuss and consider approval of Harassment and Discrimination in the Workplace Policy recommended by Safety Committee
  6. Review and consider request for salary adjustments for Personnel Specialist and Facility Maintenance Superintendent
  7. Discuss Sections 3.1 - 3.7 of Work Rules and enforcement
  8. Discuss residency requirement for division heads
  9. The Committee may consider a motion to go into Executive Session at approximately 5:30 p.m. pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes Section 19.85(1)(c) for:
    1. Discuss strategy for upcoming bargaining with Police Supervisors and Police Officers Unions
    2. Update and discussion on outstanding grievances
  10. Consider a motion to reconvene into Open Session at approximately 6:30 p.m. to take action on any or all Executive Session items
  11. Adjourn

Public Notice

It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice.
