**OFFICIAL NOTICE**

City of Oak Creek

 

Please take notice that the Traffic and Safety Commission will meet in the Lower Level Conference Room at City Hall, 8640 S. Howell Avenue, Oak Creek, Wisconsin on Wednesday, November 10, 2004 at 7 p.m.

 

The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss the following:

 

1)         Roll call

 

2)         Approve minutes from the October 13, 2004 meeting.

 

3)               Old Business

 

A.     None.

 

4)               New Business

 

A.     Request for a stop sign on E. Overlook Way at the intersection of S. Wintergreen Drive.

 

B.     Request for a right turn only pavement marking and sign on E. Drexel Avenue at S. Verdev Drive.

 

C.     Request for a right turn only pavement marking and sign on E. Puetz Road at S. Shepard Avenue.

 

D.     Request for No Parking Anytime along both sides of W. Pilgrim Parkway from Glen Crossing Drive to S. 13th Street.

 

E.     Request for a stop sign on W. Honadel Boulevard at the intersection of Orchard Way.

 

F.     Request for No Parking signs along E. Honeysuckle Drive and S. Orchard View Lane across the street from Riverton Meadows Park.  The No Parking would be effective from 3 to 8 pm during the months of May through September.

 

G.     Request for No Parking Anytime signs along the north 50 feet of the east side of S. Shire Place and the east 50 feet along the south side of E. Kender Lane.

 

H.     Request for permission by UPS to utilize S. 6th Street as Parking for the Christmas Season from November 22 through December 24th.

NOTE:  It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice.
