Approval of Minutes:  10/19/04, as published.

Public Hearings (beginning at 7:00 p.m.) Citizen input, comments and suggestions are requested on the specific item(s) identified below.  Action by the Council may occur at the same meeting if so included in the agenda.

  1. Amendment to Planned Unit Development (PUD):  Consider a proposal by the Board of Directors for The Marketplace Condominiums to amend Ordinance No. 753, regulating the PUD at 8610-8668 S. Market Place and 3570 E. Puetz Rd. (4th District).

  2. Ordinance:  Consider ordinance No. 2330, amending the conditions and restrictions for the Marketplace Condominiums (4th District).
  3. Resolution:  Consider resolution No. 10419-101904, approving a certified survey map for the property at 655 E. Bonita Dr. (Bruening) (held 10/19/04) (3rd District).

  4. Motion: Consider a motion to approve the Vendor Summary Report in the amount of $319,778.13 (by Committee of the Whole).
  5. Motion:  Consider a motion to approve a five-year extension to the current recycling agreement with Waste Management, effective 1/1/05 (by Committee of the Whole).

    6. License Committee

  6. Motion: Consider a motion to take action on the various license requests as listed on the attached report (by Committee of the Whole).

    7. Engineering

  7. Resolution:  Consider resolution No. 10421-110304, approving a public access easement with Jarrod L. and Christy R. Erbe, Gary L. and Cathy L. Laluzerner, and Kaerek Builders, Inc., for the proposed public access easement across Lot 74 (503 E. Randy Rd.), Lot 75 (10865 S. Conner Way) and Outlot 3 (771 E. Randy Rd.) in Georgetown Commons West Addition No. 1 (5th District).
  8. Motion:  Consider a motion to concur with the recommendations of the Traffic & Safety Commission as follows:
    1. Deny the installation of a stop sign on E. Kender Ln. at the intersection of S. Shire Pl.
    2. Approve “No Parking Between Signs” at the sidewalks to maintain access at 155 W. Oak Leaf Dr.
    3. Approve changing of the “No Parking on School Days from 8:00 – 10:00 a.m.” to “No Parking Anytime” along the west side of S. Oak Park Dr. from Puetz Rd. south 100 feet.
    4. Deny “No Parking Anytime” signs along S. Orchard View Ln. and E. Honeysuckle Dr. within 50 feet of the intersection.
    5. Approve “No Engine Braking Except in Emergency” signs along S. 13th St. at the intersection of W. Oakwood Rd.

    9. Miscellaneous

  9. Motion:  Consider a motion to convene into Executive Session immediately following the conclusion of the Common Council meeting, pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, to discuss the following:
    1. Section 19.85(1)(e) to discuss possible acquisition of the property at 1120 E. Oakwood Rd. as part of the City’s Resource Protection Program.
  10. Motion:  Consider a motion to reconvene into Open Session.
  11. Motion:  Consider a motion to take action, if required.
