    1. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a certified survey map submitted by Mark & Debra Ireland for the property at 7725 S. 13th Street. (Tax Key No. 784-9992)
    2. REZONING – Review a request by Trattoria diCarlo to rezone a part of 8469 S. Howell Avenue.) from B-3, Office and Professional Business to B-2, Community Business. (Tax Key No. 828-9002)
    3. PLAN REVIEW – Review parking lot and landscaping plans for Trattoria diCarlo located at a part of 8469 S. Howell Avenue. (Tax Key No. 828-9002)
    4. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a certified survey map submitted by Oak Creek Commerce, LLC for the property at 335 E. Mahn Court (Tax Key No. 766-9020)
