  16. Motion:  Consider a motion to confirm the City of Oak Creek’s participation in the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR)/U.S. Forest Service gypsy moth aerial spray grant program (by Committee of the Whole).
  17. Ordinance:  Consider ordinance No. 2288, regarding removal and clearing of snow and ice on public bikeways (by Committee of the Whole).

  19. Motion:  Consider a motion to approve the purchase of one (1) 2004 Ford Crown Victoria marked police vehicle in the amount of $20,059.00 from Ewald Automotive Group through the V.A.L.U.E. Program, to replace a squad that was involved in an accident and determined to be a total loss (by Committee of the Whole).
  20. Motion:  Consider a motion to approve the Police Department’s request to hire a temporary part-time clerk-secretary (by Committee of the Whole).

  22. Motion:  Consider a motion to approve the recommendation of the Street Superintendent to purchase one 2004 refuse collection, automated side loader from Peterbilt of Wisconsin in the amount of $146,417.00 (by Committee of the Whole).

  25. Resolution:  Consider resolution No. 10333-012004, accepting the workmanship and authorizing final payment to Black Diamond for Project No. 99047 (installation of street improvements in the Oak Creek Business & Commerce Parc) (TIF District No. 4) (1st District).
  26. Resolution:  Consider resolution No. 10334-012004, accepting the workmanship and authorizing final payment to Gustafson Construction Corporation for Project Nos. 99046 and 99047 (installation of sanitary storm, water main, grading, street construction and street lighting improvements in the Oak Creek Business and Commerce Parc) (TIF District No. 4) (1st District).
  27. Resolution:  Consider resolution No. 10335-012004, accepting the workmanship and authorizing final payment to Gustafson Construction Corporation for Project Nos. 00046 and 00047 (installation of sanitary, storm, water main, grading and paving improvements in Creekside Corporate Park and S. 13th St.) (TIF District No. 6) (6th District).

  29. Motion:  Consider a motion to authorize the Community Development Authority (CDA) to pursue preparation of a development plan for S. 27th St. and report back to the Council with an outline and budget for such a plan (by Committee of the Whole).
  30. Motion:  Consider a motion to approve the recruitment of a Planning Intern (by Committee of the Whole).
  31. Resolution:  Consider resolution No. 10336-012004, approving the development agreement for the first phase of Oakwood Crossings at 10101 S. Howell Ave. (5th District).

  33. Motion:  Consider a motion to convene into Executive Session immediately following the conclusion of the Common Council meeting pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, Section 19.85(1)(e) to discuss an offer to purchase a portion of the property at 10511 S. Chicago Rd.
  34. Motion:  Consider a motion to reconvene into Open Session.
