  3. Motion: Consider a motion to approve the Vendor Summary Report in the amount of $322,359.87 (by Committee of the Whole).
  4. Council Proclamation:  Consider council proclamation 04-01, congratulations to Joshua LaMar Buchholz for receiving the Eagle Scout Award (by Committee of the Whole).
  5. Motion:  Consider a motion to authorize execution of a continuation of the agreement with RMT, Inc., to provide technical and management assistance related to the development of WE Energies’ Elm Road Generating Station (by Committee of the Whole).
  6. Motion:  Consider a motion to authorize the City Clerk to issue a Notice of Disallowance on the claim of Kaplan Vinca (by Committee of the Whole).
  7. License Committee

  8. Motion: Consider a motion to take action on the various license requests as listed on the attached report (by Committee of the Whole).
  9. Streets

  10. Motion:  Consider a motion to approve the recommendation of the Street Superintendent to pick up brush from residents on a biannual basis beginning in 2004, and to direct that an ordinance be prepared (by Committee of the Whole).
  11. Motion:  Consider a motion to approve the recommendation of the Street Superintendent and reject the bids for culvert pipe for the 2004 calendar year, and to authorize the Street Department to re-bid (by Committee of the Whole).
  12. Engineering

  13. Resolution:  Consider resolution No. 10332-010604, accepting the workmanship and authorizing final payment to Payne & Dolan, Inc., for Project No. 02030 (installation of park improvements in Oak Park) (3rd District).
  14. Motion:  Consider a motion to authorize payment of the contracted inspection service payment for various projects as listed on the attached invoice payment report (various districts).
  15. Motion:  Consider a motion to authorize payment of the contract progress payments for Project Nos. 99049 (Oak Creek Commerce & Business Parc – TIF District No. 4) and 00045 (Creekside Corporate Park – TIF District No. 6) as listed on the attached summary report (1st and 6th Districts).
