    1. REZONE – Review a request by Dental Associates to rezone the properties at 2528, 2508, 2436, 2414, 2602 W. Rawson Road and 7050, 7028, S. 27th Street from B-2, B-3, Rs-4, Rd-1 to B-4, Highway Business. (Tax Key Nos. 737-9981, -9982, -9983, -9980, -9010, -9012, -9013)
    2. PLAN REVIEW – Review site and building plans submitted by The Korean Church of Milwaukee for the property located at 2020 E. Drexel Avenue. (Tax Key No. 779-9988)
    3. FINAL PLAT – Review a final plat by Midwest Real Estate Development Company for the Riverview Estate Add. No. 2 subdivision located at 860 W. Riverside Drive. (Tax Key No. 858-0164)
    4. PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT – Review a request by Grand Cru Development, LLC for reapproval of the planned unit development designation for the property at 1910 W. Puetz Rd. (Tax Key No. 830-9010)
