  1. Industrial Development Revenue Bonds:  Consider the proposed issuance of not-to-exceed $2,235,000 City of Oak Creek, Wisconsin Industrial Development Revenue Bonds, Series 2003 (Crown Prince, Inc., Project) (7730 S. 6th St.) (1st District).
  2. Rezone:  Consider a proposal by Steven and Kathleen Jendusa to rezone the property at 239 E. College Ave. from B-2 Community Business to B-3 Office and Professional Business (1st District).

  4. Resolution:  Consider resolution No. 10319-120203, authorizing City of Oak Creek, Wisconsin Industrial Development Revenue Bond, Series 2003 (Crown Prince, Inc. Project) (1st District).
  5. Ordinance:  Consider ordinance No. 2284, approving a rezoning of the property at 239 E. College Ave. from B-2 Community Business to B-3 Office and Professional Business (Jendusa) (1st District).
  6. Informational:  Mayor’s appointment of members to the ad hoc City Administrator Selection Committee.
  7. Discussion:  Discussion and potential action relating to the hiring of an interim City Administrator.

  9. Motion: Consider a motion to approve the Vendor Summary Report in the amount of $615,375.93 (by Committee of the Whole).
  10. Motion:  Consider a motion to establish combined Common Council meeting dates for 2004 (by Committee of the Whole).
  11. Motion:  Consider a motion to approve entering into a contract with Influx Media LLC in the amount of $2,500.00 to develop a media presentation of the City for prospective businesses (by Committee of the Whole).
  12. Motion:  Consider a motion to approve the recruitment of a full-time GIS Technician to replace the existing 3/4-time GIS Technician, and continue the employment of the existing 3/4-time position at an hourly rate of $10.50 (effective 1/1/04) until the new full-time position is filled (by Committee of the Whole).
  13. Motion:  Consider a motion to approve the recruitment for the position of Planner (by Committee of the Whole).
  14. Motion:  Consider a motion to approve the recruitment of a Planning Intern (by Committee of the Whole).
  15. Resolution:  Consider resolution No. 10316-120203, resolution of inclusion in the State of Wisconsin Deferred Compensation Plan (by Committee of the Whole).
  16. Motion:  Consider a motion to authorize publication and write-off of the attached list of delinquent personal property, per Resolution No. 8037-072390 (by Committee of the Whole).
  17. Motion:  Consider a motion to take the following action:
    1. Waive the Oak Creek portion of the 2004 storm water utility fee for the Oak Creek-Franklin Joint School District.
    2. Request the Water and Sewer Utility to waive the Oak Creek portion of the 2004 fire protection charges for the Oak Creek-Franklin Joint School District.

  19. Motion: Consider a motion to take action on the various license requests as listed on the attached report (by Committee of the Whole).

  21. Motion:  Consider a motion to approve the Community Health Improvement Plan 2003, for the City of Oak Creek (by Committee of the Whole).
  22. Resolution:  Consider resolution No. 10315-120203, approving the Milwaukee/Waukesha Consortium for Emergency Public Health Preparedness Intergovernmental Mutual Aid Agreement (by Committee of the Whole).

  24. Resolution:  Consider resolution No. 10317-120203, approving the final plat for the Willowbrook subdivision (5th District).
  25. Resolution:  Consider resolution No. 10318-120203, approving the final plat for Georgetown Commons West Addition No. 1 (5th District).

  27. Motion:  Consider a motion to concur with the recommendation of the Traffic & Safety Commission and authorize the installation of street lights at the intersection of S. 27th St. and W. Honadel Blvd. (2nd District).
  28. Motion:  Consider a motion to concur with the recommendation of the Traffic & Safety Commission and authorize the installation of centerline markings along E. Elm Rd. from S. Howell Ave. to S. Nicholson Rd. and along S. Shepard Ave. from E. Oakwood Rd. to E. Randy Rd. (5th District).
  29. Motion:  Consider a motion to concur with the recommendation of the Traffic & Safety Commission and authorize the installation of “No Parking” signs on the gates at the end of E. Fitzsimmons Rd. and E. Oakwood Rd. (4th District).
  30. Motion:  Consider a motion to authorize payment of the invoiced contracted inspection service payment for various projects as listed on the attached report (various districts).
  31. Motion:  Consider a motion to authorize payment of the contract progress payments for various projects as listed on the attached report (various districts).
  32. Resolution:  Consider resolution No. 10314-120203, accepting the workmanship and authorizing final payment to C. W. Purpero, Inc., for Project No. 97037 (installation of street improvements in S. 10th St.) (1st District).
  33. Ordinance:  Consider ordinance No. 2283, relating to street grading (by Committee of the Whole).
  34. Motion:  Consider a motion to have the City of Oak Creek officially take over the Chicago Road Cemetery at 10870 S. Chicago Rd., and authorize writing off $5,100.08 in special assessments on this property. ( by Committee of the Whole).
