Public Hearing: Citizen input, comments and suggestions are requested on the specific item(s) identified below. Action by the Council may occur at the same meeting if so included in the agenda.

Budget: Proposed 2004 City budget.

Action Presentations Items under this section have been prepared by the staff and recommend the Council to approve a specific action.

Ordinance: Consider ordinance No. 2282, adopting the 2004 budget and making appropriations (by Committee of the Whole).
